Founder/Program Director

Morgan Baine

Morgan Baine, a distinguished figure in the addiction recovery field and the founder of Phoenix Recovery Homes, has an extensive and varied background, marked by key roles at notable organizations such as Healing Housing and Journey Pure. Her career began with pivotal responsibilities at Healing Housing, where she excelled in case management, client care, and as the Program Director, demonstrating a profound commitment to supporting women in their recovery journeys.

As an IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) facilitator, Morgan played a crucial role in conducting effective therapy sessions, further honing her skills in addressing the complexities of addiction. Her tenure at Journey Pure was equally impactful, where she served as a case manager and discharge planner, skillfully guiding clients through their treatment process and transition to post-treatment life. Morgan's expertise deepened as she took on the role of primary women's therapist, offering tailored therapeutic interventions and support.

Returning to Healing Housing, she expanded her scope as the clinical outreach coordinator and eventually ascended to the role of program director, overseeing key aspects of the organization's clinical and outreach efforts.

Morgan's journey through these diverse roles reflects her multifaceted expertise in addiction treatment and her unwavering dedication to creating supportive, effective recovery environments, a philosophy she passionately embodies at Phoenix Recovery Homes.

Program Manager

Jessica Massimino

Jessica's path in the recovery field began at Healing Housing for Women in Franklin, Tennessee, where she worked as a Senior Peer. In this role, she provided invaluable support and guidance to female residents, drawing on her own insights and experiences to help them navigate their recovery journeys. Her empathetic approach and ability to connect with residents on a personal level have made a lasting impact on many lives.

In addition to her work in recovery, Jessica has a rich history of service and leadership. Her tenure in the United States Army, spanning a decade, is a testament to her discipline, resilience, and dedication. The skills and values she honed in the military, such as teamwork, integrity, and a strong work ethic, have been instrumental in her subsequent professional roles.

Following her military service, Jessica transitioned into the field of Human Resources, where she further developed her skills in organization, communication, and personnel management. This experience has been invaluable in her current role, where managing the diverse needs of residents and staff is key.
