Meet the Founder, Morgan Baine
Phoenix Recovery was founded by Morgan Baine, whose own journey in long-term recovery inspired her to create a safe, structured, and home-like environment for women rebuilding their lives. Morgan understood—deeply and personally—the courage it takes to heal and the power of a supportive community. Though she is no longer with us, her spirit continues to guide everything we do. Today, Phoenix Recovery carries forward Morgan’s vision with the same compassion, integrity, and belief that every woman deserves the opportunity to recover, rebuild, and thrive.
